The Skanda Collection was created over years by Dr. Larry Brilliant while he was studying religion Indian Religion in India.  On Feb 20th, 1991, the Collection was auctioned off by Spink & Sons and Taisei.  This collection included 685 Indian coins - 659 of which were Gold coins.
