Book Shipping update

Hello all,

Thank you for the book orders. The Pre-Launch response to this book has been tremendous.

All orders of the Hardcover version of the book have been shipped out as of last friday (Dec 16th) and hopefully some of you have already received the books. The rest should receive the book shortly in the next few days. They were all shipped out via USPS priority mail.

The Leather bound books are due to be finished in the week of Dec 27th 2016 and these will ship out immediately thereafter. If your order was for both the hardcover and leather bound books, these will ship out together in one box, hopefully within the next week.

I hope you enjoy reading the book, as much as I have enjoyed researching and writing it !
